At Vox Amplification, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All electronics must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely Pack Your Gear
Place the unit in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our service center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
